Dirty Harrry
Charalampos Kydonakis, also known as Dirty Harrry, is a street photographer whose work explores the raw, unpredictable nature of public space. Working instinctively and often close to his subjects, he captures spontaneous moments charged with tension, irony, and visual density.
His photographs embrace imperfection, ambiguity, and chance, often blending human presence with strong graphic elements of the urban environment. Influenced by his background in architecture, his images reveal carefully balanced compositions that feel both chaotic and deliberate, inviting the viewer to look longer and question what they see.

Charalampos Kydonakis, an architect from Crete, editor of the 'dirty blog', member of UP photographers collective.
Influenced by Sam Peckinpah, Akira Kurosawa, Luis Buñuel, Fransisco Goya, Max Ernst, Weegee, Diane Arbus, Mark Cohen and others.
